Daniel Lai

​ Regional Director

Daniel, having been born and raised in the Bay Area, truly loves this region! ​ Being the son of Chinese immigrants, Daniel appreciates the cultural diversity of the Bay Area and is passionate about inviting every kid into life with Christ. ​ Daniel has been on Young Life staff for over twenty years and met his wife Becky while they were on staff together in southern California. ​ They have lived in San Francisco since 2014 and love doing YL in the city. ​ They enjoy cheering on their two sons Andrew and Henry in their various activities, and the whole family enjoys cheering for the Bay Area sports teams, especially the Warriors, the Niners, and the Giants.
